Karina Smirnoff fell on Monday night's 'Dancing With the Stars' smack dab in the middle of the ballroom floor. Not really something you want to do in a dress in front of a nationwide audience.
The tumble happened near the beginning of her Paso Doble routine, when she accidentally slipped on partner Ralph Macchio's coat.
